At Emerald Grove, our top priority is to give our valued clients the best experience possible. Our simple policies are as follows...

-We kindly ask that a minimum of 24 hours be given for cancellations.

- We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for last minute cancellations (30% of the service charge), and no-show appointments (50% of the service charge.)

- Late arrivals may not receive complete services. For example, finishing work, like blow-dries may be cut short.

- We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem necessary.
