Our Policies

Our simple policies are as follows...

-We kindly ask that a minimum of 24 hours be given for cancellations in order to avoid fees.

- We do charge cancellation fees. Last minute cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the booked service amount. No-show appointments will be charged 75% of the booked service amount. This charge will be applied to the card placed on file while booking. 

- Late arrivals may not receive complete services. For example, finishing work, like blow-dries, may be cut short.

- We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem necessary.
